"God made a mistake." That was the reaction of so many people who first heard of Regina's passing. 

Art is a long-time senior participant of our LINKages program. For us here at LINKages, the mention of Art always evoked smiles, affection and just pure fondness for a man who wears his joy and contentment on his face.

Our Intergenerational Secret Valentine's project was a smashing success. We raised $1,222 in cash donations (goal was $1,200).

It was on June 05, 2010 when Sammy first wrote to LINKages Society. He was then a student at Sir Winston Churchill High School. 

We were recently overwhelmed with the show of love and affection for seniors from the great and wonderful students from Our Lady of the Assumption school in Bowness. 

Recently, when the students from the St. Stephens school were unable to visit their senior friends due a flu outbreak at the care centre, LINKages staff brought yarn and ideas to the student to 'knit' a scarve for their senior.
