Executive Director

Ruby has enjoyed a 25 year career in the human service sector so far. Ruby has worked in the areas of family counselling, mental health, child and family development, and adults with disabilities in every position from front line to executive leadership. She brings a passion for community, connection, and growing the positive potential in every person, group, and organization. She sees firsthand that intergenerational connections make communities stronger.

If you are new to Calgary, Ruby highly recommends Fish Creek Park and taking day trips to Canmore, Kananaskis, and Drumheller. We are surrounded by natural wonders!

Betty Good

Rural LINK/School Program Coordinator

Betty is a 30+ year educator, and has experienced local and international careers that have prepared her to work with both youth and seniors. Betty brings a passion for building capacity in students, seniors, and communities. She loves the close intergenerational relationships she shares with her five grandchildren. Betty once heard that if you want to stay young, hang out with young people, but if you want to die young, try to keep up with them!

If you are new to Calgary, she recommends going for walks along the Bow river, strolling through downtown and having coffee at one of Calgary’s many great coffee shops.3
