The aim of the Intergenerational Community of Practice (CoP) is to bring together committed individuals who have a desire to work collaboratively, to learn, share and build capacity, and develop intergenerational linkages programs or initiatives in their communities.
Anyone in Alberta with special interest and involvement in any capacity within social isolation reduction, intergenerational connections, and healthy aging are welcome to join our virtual Community of Practice hosted on Alberta’s Healthy Aging CORE!
